How we work together
From your first message to the link you send your guests. This is how ordering an e-invitation works, step by step.

Enquiry
Write to us via the form, by email or give us a call. It's quickest if you use the calculator — then we know right away which features you're interested in. Tell us the occasion, the date and what the page should include.

Quote and design idea
We reply with a quote and ask about the details. If you have inspiration — photos, colours, invitations you like — now is a good time to share it.

Agreement
Once you accept the quote, we send a short agreement: scope, price, deadline, number of revisions and how long the invitation stays online. Everything is handled by email, no meetings needed.

Materials
You send the text, photos and event details — the list of what to prepare is below. The turnaround starts once we have all the materials.

Design
We design and build your invitation. Normally it takes 7–14 working days, 4–6 days with the faster option and up to 72 hours with express delivery. You get a preview link to open on your phone.

Revisions and approval
You send your feedback and we make the changes — within the number of revisions in the agreement. When everything is just right, you approve the design.

Sending to guests
You get the final link to share via WhatsApp, Messenger, text or email. The QR code included in the price can be printed on cards or tags. Changes along the way? We update the page and the link stays the same.

After the event
The invitation stays online for the agreed time. The gallery collects guests' photos, and before the page is switched off we can send you a copy of the content and all the photos.
What to prepare
You don't need everything at once — we'll ask about anything missing. But the more you prepare, the sooner we can start.
- The occasion, date and times of the key moments of the day
- Addresses: church or registry office, venue, restaurant, accommodation
- Names of the people the event is about (the couple, the birthday person, the child)
- Photos you'd like on the page
- Colours, a theme or inspiration — photos, screenshots, Pinterest
- Questions for guests in the RSVP (e.g. diet, accommodation, plus-one)
- A song to play in the background — if you want music
- Extra details: dress code, gifts, parking, directions

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to create an e-invitation?
Normally 7–14 working days from receiving all the materials. A faster option (4–6 days) and express delivery (within 72 hours) are available for an extra fee.
How much does an e-invitation cost?
The starting price is 200 PLN and includes your own website under a unique link, a domain for the first year, an event schedule, background music and animations. Extra features are priced separately — work out the full quote in the calculator on our website.
Can I edit the invitation after it is created?
Yes. The base price includes up to 3 revisions, and you can extend it to 10 or unlimited. Revisions cover text, dates, photos and small design tweaks.
What format is the e-invitation?
It's an interactive website with its own address. You can share it with as many guests as you like, and they open it on any device — no accounts or log-in needed.
Will the e-invitation look good on a phone?
Yes. We design every invitation to work properly on phones, tablets and computers. Most guests will open it on a phone.
Can I change the colours and fonts?
Yes. We match colours, fonts, photos and content to your style. We can also design the layout from scratch if you have your own idea.
Can I add RSVP?
Yes. Guests confirm attendance directly on the page and you receive a ready-made list by email. You can also add an extended survey about menu, diet, accommodation or transport.
How do I share the e-invitation with guests?
Just copy the link and send it via WhatsApp, Messenger, text message or email. A printable QR code that guests scan with their phones is also included.
How long will the invitation stay online?
The first year is included. Each additional year costs 150 PLN and covers domain renewal and hosting. You decide how long the page stays live.
Do you create invitations in languages other than Polish?
Yes. We can prepare the invitation in English or another language, or add a second language version with a switch on the page — handy when some guests come from abroad.
Can I update the invitation after sending it to guests?
Yes. The link stays the same and changes are visible immediately to everyone who opens it. There's no need to send anything again.
What does the ordering process look like?
You write to us describing your event, we prepare a quote and send you an agreement. Once it's accepted and paid by bank transfer or BLIK, we get to work and send you the finished design for approval.
